Commission Process

Inquiry & Quote

Fill out our commission request form or email us with your design idea, preferred size, color details, and quantity.

We’ll review your request and provide a price quote based on complexity and production costs.

Design Review & Approval

You may submit an existing design, or we can assist in refining it to meet enamel pin production requirements.

Once finalized, we’ll send you a digital proof for approval.

Deposit & Production

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.

Production typically takes 6-8 weeks after approval.

Final Payment & Shipping

Once production is complete, the remaining balance is due before shipping.
